| About Marcus Geier - Biography
Marcus is currently a university professor (University of Phoenix and Axia College). He has taught over 185 business classes during the past several years on subjects including: Research and Evaluation I & II (Statistics), Foundations of Research, Critical Thinking, Marketing, Public Relations, Management: Theory and Practice, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Behavior and Ethical Responsibility, Corporate Culture and Organizational Climate, Buyer Behavior, Skills For Lifelong Learning, Skills For Professional Development, Interdisciplinary Capstone Course, Skills For Learning In An Information Age Introduction to Research and Information Utilization.
He has also co-facilitated at numerous experiential, self-transformational workshops and seminars.
His career has included many years of - commercial real estate appraisal,
- valuation studies,
- economic analyses (macro and micro),
- business analyses (existing and proposed),
- highest and best use analyses,
- lawsuit economic documentation,
- financial analyses.
- consulting extensively to the Resolution Trust Company in regards to valuation and disposition of assets from failed Savings and Loans.
For over 21 years, Marcus was a successful equities day-trader and system developer. He performed massive amounts of research into pricing behavior, predictive models and valuation techniques. He created entirely new technical analysis indicators, researched and tested thousand of predictive techniques including fundamental analysis, technical analysis and statistical analysis to discover reliable indicators and synergistic indicator sets. Marcus co-developed an automated day trading system whereby the computer programs made all buy/sell/hold decisions, allocated appropriate amounts of capital to specific trades and then placed orders electronically and autonomously. This system was the culmination of massive amounts of research into non-linear dynamics, A.I. systems, genetic algorithms, fractal theory and sacred geometry, as well as numerous cycle-timing models.
Through it all, Marcus has performed numerous financial consulting projects for myriad companies in various industries. Many of these have been marketing surveys for developers as well as assisting them in designing proposed residential projects and figuring out what to build, how big to build it and how to price it for maximum profit (highest and best use analysis).
He has invested in numerous income properties in Hawaii, Colorado, Florida and Georgia, rehabbed many, managed portfolios of real estate and consulted to a number of substantial real estate investors and development companies.
He has also started and run several successful (and some not-successful) companies. Some positions held include: CEO, CFO, analyst, researcher, manager, trainer, strategic planner, economist, finance analyst and has been retired twice. He's also managed a number of other companies. Marcus' duties have included responsibility for all marketing and public relations activities, creation of advertising programs and materials and preparing and distributing PR pieces and creating PR events.
Adding to Marcus' own expertise, are those of his fiancé/business partner - Silvia Pancaro, whose own talents and counseling gifts co-created Quantum Anatomy.com. Silvia and Marcus have co-designed and co-facilitated a number of transformational workshops. Our life-long search for truly effective healing modalities with consistently reproducible results has recently borne fruit with our discovery of the EPFX/QXCI/SCIO quantum bio-feedback technology. We have recently started an exciting alternative health-care company that uses advanced technology (quantum healing machines) to quickly and safely ‘treat’ all diseases and ailments using quantum-level bio-feedback mechanisms. These wonderful machines seek out and correct the root causes of all ailments. Adding the human touch is Silvia Pancaro, who uses Astrology as a method of delving into the client's current spiritual cycles of growth, to determine how best to combine Science and Art in the overall well-being of the individual. For those occasional moments when not working, Marcus, Silvia and their 15-year-old son, Sebastian, love to sail, scuba dive, swim, water ski, hang-glide, paraglide, fly, snow ski, hike, free-climb, kayak, canoe, run, ride mountain bikes and motorcycles, travel and do just about anything outdoors. We are also voracious readers (mostly self-enhancement, spirituality, psychology, all the sciences) and non-discriminating chocolate connoisseurs.
Marcus' degrees include a B.A. from Principia College in Marine Biology with a Business minor, as well as an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
